1. Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you use keitri.com or a Keitri Solutions Inc. Discord bot. By using either service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Website and internal bots

The website provides general information about Keitri Solutions and a way to send business enquiries. Our Discord bots are provided only for private, internal use. They relay task and agent activity from our internal system and route operator replies back to that system.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of these services at any time. Access to an internal bot may be withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or bots to:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or facilitate harmful conduct;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, channels, or data;
• introduce malware or interfere with the availability or security of a service;
• send spam, abusive content, or deceptive requests; or
• probe, scrape, or automate access in a way that creates unreasonable load.

4. Intellectual property

The website, branding, and materials we provide are owned by Keitri Solutions or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you. You may use the public website for its intended informational purpose.

5. Third-party services

The services depend on third parties, including Cloudflare, Resend, and Discord. Their availability and their own terms and policies are outside our control. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in connection with these providers.

6. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and bots are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Information on the website is general information and is not professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keitri Solutions and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or bots. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keitri Solutions Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction there will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
