Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains how Keitri Solutions Inc. handles personal information through keitri.com and our private Discord bots. We collect only what is needed to answer enquiries, operate the bots, and protect these services from abuse.

Information handled by the website

• Ordinary visits: the site has no user accounts, analytics, advertising trackers, or tag manager. Our code does not write cookies, local storage, or session storage. Cloudflare processes normal request data, such as IP address, browser details, and requested URL, to deliver and secure the site.
• Contact enquiries: if you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, and any company or service details you choose to provide. The form sends those fields to Resend for email delivery.
• Security and rate limiting: Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals, including IP address, user agent, TLS fingerprint, and the site and page origin, when the configured widget loads on the contact page. Our contact endpoint also uses the request IP address to enforce a submission limit.

Inter is bundled with the website and served from our own site. Visiting the site does not request that font from Google Fonts.

Private Discord bots

Our bots operate in a private Discord server. They relay task and agent activity from our internal system. In channels where they are present, they read messages only so operator replies can be routed back to that system.

Relayed replies become task comments in the internal Jarvis database and remain part of the task record until the comment or task is deleted. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period. Beyond Discord's operation of its platform, we do not sell bot message content, provide it to other third parties, or use it to train models.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to enquiries and discuss requested services;
• deliver and operate the website and internal bot relay;
• prevent spam, automated abuse, and security incidents; and
• maintain internal task and business records.

Retention

• Cloudflare KV stores only an IP-based submission count and window start, not the contact-form fields. The record expires no later than one hour after the window starts.
• Resend documents 30-day retention for email content, metadata, delivery events, logs, and metrics on its Free, Pro, and Scale plans; Enterprise terms may differ. A delivered copy may remain in our business mailbox as long as needed to respond and keep appropriate business records.
• Discord replies relayed to Jarvis remain in the task record until the related comment or task is deleted; there is no automatic expiry today.

Service providers

We use the following providers only as needed to operate these services:

• Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and protects the website; provides Turnstile; and stores the short-lived rate-limit record.
• Resend delivers contact-form enquiries by email.
• Discord provides the private messaging platform where the bots operate and processes messages under Discord's own policies.

Your choices and questions

You do not have to submit the contact form; you may contact us directly by email. You can also clear security cookies or site storage using your browser controls, although this may cause a security check to run again. See our Cookie Policy for details.
