Today we're releasing FlowSync 2.0 — a complete rebuild of our visual workflow automation platform. This isn't a minor update. We redesigned the core engine, rebuilt the visual editor, and added the features our users have been asking for since launch.
What's New
Redesigned Visual Editor
The new editor is faster, more intuitive, and supports complex branching workflows that were difficult to build in v1. Drag-and-drop node placement, real-time validation, and a minimap for navigating large workflows.
Faster Execution Engine
We rewrote the execution engine from scratch. Workflows now execute up to 3x faster, with better error handling and retry logic built in. Failed steps provide detailed diagnostics instead of generic error messages.
Webhook and API Triggers
FlowSync can now be triggered by external events — incoming webhooks, API calls, or scheduled cron expressions. This makes it easy to integrate FlowSync into your existing systems without changing how they work.
Team Collaboration
Shared workspaces, role-based access control, and version history. Multiple team members can work on workflows without stepping on each other's toes.
Why the Rebuild?
FlowSync v1 was built as an internal tool for our consulting projects. It worked well for our team, but as more people started using it, we hit limitations in the original architecture. Rather than patching around them, we decided to rebuild with scale and collaboration in mind from day one.
Pricing
FlowSync remains freemium. The free tier includes unlimited workflows with up to 1,000 executions per month. Pro and Enterprise tiers are available for teams that need higher limits, priority support, and advanced features like SSO and audit logs.
